Michael Jackson

As you probably already know, I am 14 years young, and this is my first real attempt at creating and managing a blog. And so far, its not going so well.. I love to write when I have the urge and passion, and the right topic. And right now, I just feel the urge and the passion to write about Michael Jackson, so thats what I will do. I may not have lived for but 1/4 of his tremendous life, but we all know and have to admit that no matter who or how old you are, no matter your color, or race. Michael Joeseph Jackson has had some sort of an impact on your life. Try and prove to me otherwise, you wont suceed. Now I remember when I first acknowledged this dynamic man of wisdom beyond his own years of living. And I thought to myself:, "who is he? he must be a true king for people to honor him like this!" It was on the BET Awards. I dont recall the actual year, but It was when they did the tribute to James Brown. Now, this wasnt the first time I had actually seen or heard of him, It was the first time I had actually acknowledged him for his greatness.
Him and James Brown cut up that night on that stage. And I could just tell, how honored they both were, both kings to be in each other's presence. and how much they admired one another for their acomplishments. Both of them who may now rest in Heaven together, which I know they are probably throwing a big party right now to celebrate.! But that is not my point. I want to take the time now, to inform people on the life of Michael Jackson, and how it has affected me. Its sad to say that before his death, I did not know all of the great things he has done. And now, that he is gone, and I have had the time to research and learn what I want to know about this man. I never understood before how people could show such a hate towards him, and to tell you the truth, I still cant understand it today. It angers me how the press and media continue to destroy this mands image now that he is gone. It just makes me wonder, when will they let the troubles of his life go? Do they have not a better life than focusing so faithfully on one mans flaws? which we all have. Nobody is perfect, and no one is understood fully by everyone. And life is not meant to be that way. There are some things about Michael that no one will ever have the true nswers to and that is jut something we have to deal with. And I know, I kinda jumped around with this blog, but you all have heard the stories and lies about him, and you know what I am reffering to. But regardless of all that we cannot deny his talent. Narural talent. We cannot deny the fact that he was a musical genuis, let alone all the money he donated to charities[millions], all the records he broke. His phenomenal performance abilities. How is it that we can only linger on the negative, which by the way, does not outweigh the positive, to destroy this man, this DEAD mans image? And dont get me wrong, because every one is entitled to their own opinion, but I am however, also allowed to opinionate on that opinion. take that however you want. And its just as simple as that. Michael Jackson was a living legend, he died a legend, and will always be remembered as a legendary man. The King of Pop, he was called. Which, to me, isnt even half of the man he was. But it is what it is. I just wish that people would see it the way that I do, being a minor. I may not have all of the wisdom in the world, but I have been told of being very wise beyond my age. And hopefully that is true. Hopefully I get good feedback from this one, that would be greatly apprechiated. And sorry if it was a little confusing, and if I jumped around a bit. It was late at night when I wrote this. But back to the point, we all should honor Michael Jackson past his faults, mishaps, flaws and all. We should recognize him for his good, not bad [whatever that might be]. And we should also stop judging his actions, his appearance, and stop buying into what the bogus media has to say to damage him. We know what he is, what he's done, and lets not forget it. Please.
